Workshops

Gas is becoming more complex and interesting, less predictable but all the more important to understand, as it will impact power, economies and could even change oil demand and prices, longer term. Politics, economy, environment, and other preferences will matter in this ever more connected market. Closer links between markets make China and other countries impact most energy markets going forward, so a global understanding is imperative when developing scenarios for future gas and electricity. Recent work on LNG and the value of strategic storage has shown significant differences in expectations as well as in possible scenario outcomes. We have therefore developed a series of workshops addressing these issues. Our clients in the gas sector, utilities, and government are finding these insights valuable.

Gas and power in Europe -open minded journey of possible future gas developments, discussing a potential balancing of power and gas markets. Brochure

Carbon Capture and Storage -seminars on technologies, economics and policy drivers, current as well as possible future developments. Brochure

One of our partners, Nomad Energy, are also organising a multi-client process to develop scenarios for European gas and power in 2030, including in-depth analysis of demand structure and evolution, infrastructure requirements, supply sources and prices. Brochure
